How to refresh the

Purifying Shower Filter

  1. Detach or Leave It Attached
You can separate the filter from your shower head or leave it in place — your choice.
  2. Twist to Open
Gently twist the two halves of the filter to separate them.
  3. Remove the Old Filter
Pull out the white filter element. Align the replacement the same way, with the holes facing the bottom.
  4. Check the Seals
Ensure the clear/white seals are seated properly in their grooves.
  5. Reassemble
Screw the two halves back together. If the shower head was removed, reattach it by holding both the filter and shower head securely as you tighten.
  6. Check for Leaks
If you notice leaks, double-check the seals and gently tighten the filter.
  7. Use Plumbers Tape (If Needed)
If leaks persist between the filter and water outlet, apply plumbers tape to the threads for a secure fit.

How to refresh the

Hand-held Shower Filter

  1. Leave It Attached or Remove It
You can leave the filter attached to the water outlet or detach it — whichever is easier for you.
  2. Twist to Separate the Handle Filter
Hold the head and handle with both hands and gently twist counterclockwise to open.
  3. Swap the Old Filter
Remove the old filter and replace it with the new one. Ensure it’s seated the same way it was, applying gentle pressure.
  4. Reassemble the Head
Reverse your steps to reattach the handle filter.
  5. Remove the Head Filter's Outer Ring
Grip the outer ring and twist it counterclockwise to open.
  6. Keep the Components in Order
Ensure the stainless steel plate and white seal remain in the outer silver ring for proper reassembly.
  7. Replace the Head Filter and Pad
Remove the old filter and pad, then insert the new pad and filter. Ensure the feet of the plastic filter go in first.
  8. Reassemble the Filter Head
Insert the filter and pad into the head, and reverse the steps to put everything back together.
  9. Align the Logo
Place the outer assembly onto the filter head, align the logo, and use gentle pressure with your thumb to secure it while tightening the outer silver ring.
  10. Final Check
Ensure everything is properly tightened and test for leaks. If there are any, gently adjust the connections.

  3. Keep Components in Place

  4. Remove the Old Filter
Take out the old filter by removing the silver ring and plate assembly.
  5. Insert the New Filter
