What’s Not Covered

Here are some instances we can’t cover under our warranty or guarantee:

• Damage During Installation
  If the filter is not installed according to the instructions on our How to Install page, we can’t be held responsible for damage caused.

• Shortened Lifespan or Clogging from Poor Water Quality
  While our filters are extensively tested with a range of water qualities, including untreated sources, their performance and lifespan can be impacted by poor water quality.

  • Our filters are designed for use with water treated to Australian drinking water standards.
  • Using them with untreated water, high mineral content, heavy sediment, or other impurities may lead to clogging or require more frequent refill changes.
  • Please note: We do not guarantee a specific lifespan for filter refills.
