We want you to love what you buy and really feel the difference our products make. That’s why we encourage you to take your time, use our products, and see how they perform.
If after 90 days you’re not totally convinced of their benefits, we’ve made returning them easy and straightforward.
Our Promise to You
We believe in our products and their quality, and we want you to have the chance to experience them fully without any pressure. This policy is designed to give you peace of mind and a risk-free way to try out our products.
What's the catch? There isn't one! Simply try our products and see if they work. If you're not satisfied, then please let us know.
Here's How it Works
You're welcome to try any of our products for a full 90 days. If they don't meet your expectations for any reason, you are eligible to get either a refund or a store credit to try something else. Here's how the process works:
1. Email Us: Just send an email to contact@glowlogic.com.au with some photos of the product after you’ve used it for at least 90 days. We count the 90 days from the date you first receive your order.
2. Tell Us Why: We’re always looking to improve, so please let us know what you think and how we can do better.
3. Send it Back: Once we approve your refund request, you can ship the product back to us and we’ll process your return/exchange.
4. Refund: Once your items have been received and inspected we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Please note that unfortuantely we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping or provide shipping labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurnace to ensure that you are covered in the instance that your parcel is lost by your chosen shipping carrier. We are unable to refund or replace items lost in return transit.
What’s Not Covered
Here are some instances we can’t cover under our warranty or satisfaction guarantee:

Damage During Installation
- If the filter is not installed according to the instructions on our How to Install page, we can’t be held responsible for damage caused.

Shortened Lifespan or Clogging from Poor Water Quality
- While our filters are extensively tested with a range of water qualities, including untreated sources, their performance and lifespan can be impacted by poor water quality.
- Our filters are designed for use with water treated to Australian drinking water standards.
- Using them with untreated water, extremely high mineral content, heavy sediment, or other impurities may lead to clogging or require more frequent refill changes.
- Please note: We do not guarantee a specific lifespan for filter refills, as this varies based on water quality and usage.

Refunds on Used Filter Refills
- For health and safety reasons we are unable to refund filter refills that have been opened and used. We do provide refunds on the filter itself and encourage everyone to try their filter with the refill that it comes with.
