If after 90 days you’re not totally convinced of their benefits, we’ve made returning them easy and straightforward — within the policy terms below.
Our Promise to You
We believe in our products and their quality, and we want you to have the chance to experience them fully without any pressure. This policy is designed to give you peace of mind and a risk-free way to try out our products.
What's the catch? There isn't one — simply try our products and see how they perform for you.
If you're not satisfied with their filtration results, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Here's How it Works
You're welcome to try any of our products for a full 90 days. If they don't meet your expectations for any reason, you are eligible to get either a refund or a store credit to try something else. Here's how the process works:
1. Email Us: Just send an email to contact@glowlogic.com.au with some photos of the product after you’ve used it for at least 90 days. We count the 90 days from the date you first receive your order.
2. Tell Us Why: We’re always looking to improve, so please let us know what you think and how we can do better.
3. Send it Back: Once we approve your refund request, you can ship the product back to us and we’ll process your return/exchange.
4. Refund: Once your items have been received and inspected we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Please note that unfortuantely we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping or provide shipping labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurnace to ensure that you are covered in the instance that your parcel is lost by your chosen shipping carrier. We are unable to refund or replace items lost in return transit.
Important Terms

Trial Coverage: The 90-day trial covers the performance of the filter and its ability to improve water quality, not personal preferences such as water pressure, size, aesthetics, or installation setup.

Fair Use: We ask that all customers give their filter a fair trial period before requesting a return. The filter cartridge needs time to activate and begin capturing impurities. Visible colour change (often turning brown) is a clear sign it’s working.

Requests made too soon after delivery or without signs of genuine use are not eligible for refund or store credit.

Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or promotion are eligible for store credit only, unless found to be faulty or defective.

Water Pressure: Some filters — such as the Handheld Shower Filter — are intentionally designed to deliver higher water pressure for improved flow and filtration performance. This is clearly stated on each relevant product page.

Change of Mind: Returns based on change of mind, gifting, or personal setup preferences are not covered under the 90-day trial.

Condition: Items must be used in accordance with our installation and care instructions and not show signs of misuse or damage.

Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, all returned items must be thoroughly cleaned and dry before shipping.

Damage During Installation
If the filter is not installed according to our How to Install guide, we can’t be responsible for any resulting damage. -
Shortened Lifespan or Clogging from Water Quality
Our filters are designed for treated water that meets Australian drinking-water standards. Using them with untreated, high-mineral, or sediment-heavy water may cause clogging or reduced lifespan.
We do not guarantee a specific refill lifespan, as it varies with local water quality and usage. -
Refunds on Used Refills
For hygiene reasons, opened or used refills are non-refundable. We do provide refunds or credits for the filter unit itself, so you can try it with the included refill.
