Order Confirmation

Once payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This confirms we’ve received your order and it’s ready to be processed.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, which includes checking, packing, and preparing shipping labels. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and various buy now, pay later options. Payments are securely processed in AUD and charged at the time of purchase.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

We accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us at contact@glowlogic.com.au to request a change. Once your order has been processed, changes can no longer be made.

 

Shipping

• Free shipping: On all orders over $99 AUD within Australia.
• Tracking info: Provided with every order.
• Delivery times: Typically 3-10 days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

 

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items if they are unopened and in as-new condition. Please note:

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost.
• Processing time for exchanges is 2-3 business days.

 

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-Day Buy and Try Policy — if you’re not happy with your purchase, you can send it back for a refund.

• Return shipping for refunds is at the buyer’s cost.
• Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your item.
• If there’s an issue with the product, we’ll work with you to make it right.

12-Month Warranty

All our products come with a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, just email us, and we’ll help you out. Please note:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered.
• Shortened lifespan from poor water quality is not covered.
• We do not guarantee the lifespan of filter refills, as this varies by water quality and usage.
